Alive and kicking

I could go into this one a bit more, but I think it's fairly self-explanatory. This is a somewhat common dining experience when I travel to China and go out to nicer restaurants with our factories - fresh raw lobster. Really fresh. As in still moving fresh. I don't like lobster at all unless it's given up the ghost for the noble cause of sashimi.
