Alive and kicking

I could go into this one a bit more, but I think it's fairly self-explanatory. This is a somewhat common dining experience when I travel to China and go out to nicer restaurants with our factories - fresh raw lobster. Really fresh. As in still moving fresh. I don't like lobster at all unless it's given up the ghost for the noble cause of sashimi.

Welcome!

I wanted to create this blog for the trips I take and the food I get to eat (or decline) when I travel. I do a few trips overseas each year, mostly to China, where the food is nothing like what is called "chinese" food here. So this companion blog to my original will show the food that I didn't make.

Which is probably better for all involved...
